- Bitter gourds – 4 or (1/2 Kg)
- Salt – to taste
- Lemon Juice – 1 tsp.
- Take the bitter gourds, wash them thoroughly and peel off the skin (some people don’t peel the skin off and use this vegetable as it is)
- Cut the bitter gourds into fine pieces, apply salt and lemon over it and leave for 10 minutes to fade out its bitterness to a bit.
- Then wash the pieces of the bitter gourd and extract their juice in the machine.
- Add some lemon and salt to taste.
